With over 25 years of training and teaching experience in internal arts, Phillip developed Heart–Mind Integration to bridge disciplined embodiment, energetic refinement, and applied virtue.
His work emphasizes structure over spectacle, repetition over intensity, and coherence over performance.

QIGONG
Qigong, pronounced "chee-gong," is an ancient practice of gentle movements that helps the flow of Qi, or life energy, in the body. When this energy flows freely, it supports good physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Practicing Qigong promotes a healthy flow of energy and overall health in all aspects of life
TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a deep practice where we prioritize teaching the true essence of Tai Chi. We emphasize proper structural alignment, efficient movement, and the various body states and energies that can be embodied through form and the application of it. Our approach helps practitioners build a strong foundation for their journey.
MEDICAL QIGONG
Medical Qigong involves influencing, and regulating the client's Qi. After each session, clients receive personalized Qigong exercises to support their healing. These exercises combine physical movement, breathing techniques, and mental focus to restore balance and proper function in the body.
